TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(the "Promotion")

Organizer

This promotion is organized by Bikeshift B.V. (hereinafter: "Bikeshift" or "the Organizer"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms").

BY SUBMITTING YOUR REVIEW:

• You declare that you are eligible to participate in this promotion.
• You agree to the decisions made by Bikeshift regarding your participation in this promotion.

Participation Conditions

1. This promotion runs from January 15, 2025 ("Start Date") to January 14, 2026 ("End Date").
2. Participation is free and voluntary.
3. Participation is only open to individuals who:
   • Are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
   • Reside in the Netherlands.
   • Have been employed by Bikeshift B.V. for at least 1 week.
4. Family members of (former) Bikeshift employees, as well as individuals directly or indirectly involved in organizing this promotion, are excluded from participation.

How to Participate

1. You will receive an email invitation to leave a review about your experience with Bikeshift.
2. Click the link in the email to submit your review via the specified platform.
3. Your review must reflect an honest representation of your experience with Bikeshift. Only individual, personal reviews are eligible. Reviews submitted on behalf of others are excluded.
4. Each participant may submit a maximum of one review per month.

Your Review

• Reviews must comply with Bikeshift's guidelines and may not contain:

  1. Unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory content.
  2. Content that infringes on the rights of third parties, such as copyrights or privacy.

• Your review may be processed by a third party and may be made visible on our website or other platforms. It may also include a label indicating that it is part of this promotion, such as "incentivized review."

Prizes

1. The prize is a €100 net bonus, awarded to the Rider of the Week.
2. One winner will be selected each month through a random draw among all eligible participants.
3. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
4. The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of each month, and the winner will be notified via email.
5. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Bikeshift reserves the right to select a new winner.

Additional Provisions

1. Bikeshift reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in case of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
2. Bikeshift is not responsible for technical malfunctions or entries that are lost or improperly processed.
3. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
